shipping

every original is packaged with care and sent express with tracking, anywhere, for free. I travel full time, so shipping time may vary a little, but it will always be sent express, & you'll get a tracking number so you can follow it home.

if anything arrives looking worse for wear, send me a photo and i'll make it right.

returns & refunds

because each piece is a one of a kind original, i'm not able to offer refunds for a change of heart. if a piece isn't quite what you hoped, reach out anyway and we'll find a way forward.

of course, if something arrives faulty or isn't as described, just get in touch.

commissions

commissions begin with a chat and an up-front deposit — this reserves your spot and covers materials. once i've started, the deposit is non-refundable, since the work is made just for you.

caring for your piece

originals are sensitive little things. keep yours out of direct sunlight, away from damp, and framed behind glass where you can to keep it precious and protected.
